When is on-site hardware repair available?

Available on all exacqVision recorders at the time of initial purchase.

Must be purchased annually with the part #5000-66001

Available in the continental 48 United States only at this time. Other countries must go through their local sales representative or technical support to troubleshoot issues.

On-site recorder repair obtainable during the recorder warranty period.

How do I receive on-site hardware repair?

An exacqVision dealer must initiate a technical support case, and provide requested system information during the diagnostic phase.

Once a hardware problem is identified by Exacq technical support during the diagnostic phase, an on-site repair technician will be dispatched and the appropriate repair parts sent to the customer site. Exacq technical support will provide the local technician with guidance to properly troubleshoot and solve the issue.

How long will it take for an onsite technician to arrive?

The target response time is next business day after concluding the diagnostic phase, though under extenuating circumstances this may not be possible.
